Competition closes 12th February 2010 at 5.30pm. The Competition is only open to persons aged 18 or over, excluding employees and agents of Final Creations, or anyone professionally associated with Final Creations. The Competition is open to residents inside the UK only. Players acknowledge that their details as inserted in the online registration form will be entered into a database and Final Creations may use the Player’s name, postal address, email address and telephone number for future marketing, promotional and market research purposes. Players acknowledge and agree by submitting their score. By submitting your score, you consent to your surname being disclosed on our website if you win the Competition. Final Creations undertakes to meet its obligations to you under the Data Protection Act 1998, and to keep any personal information confidential unless otherwise required by law, by any governmental or other regulatory authority or by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction. Final Creations does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the Internet, or technical difficulties of any kind. Competition winner will be the highest score achieved within the game, and contacted either by email or by telephone. You must provide accurate contact details on registration. On being contacted the winner must provide evidence of their age and of their compliance with the competition rules and these Terms and Conditions, to Final Creations reasonable satisfaction. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn randomly between the highest scorers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website and our services, and to refuse entry into the Competition. We reserve the right to change the Competition rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you of the fact that there are changed terms, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the new rules and/or Terms and Conditions. You agree to indemnify Final Creations against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Final Creations. Final Creations may at any time or times withhold Prize or set off any liability of a Competitor to Final Creations against any liability of Final Creations to the Competitor. Any exercise Final Creations of its rights under this clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it. All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on Final Creations website and used in the services provided by Final Creations and no person may make any use of them without Final Creations express permission. The Prize will be the design of the website only and not in any other currency. The prize consists of design of the website worth up to the value of £150 + VAT or updates to an existing website to the same value.
